The Human Resources Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the HR department by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. This position will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department. This position involves gathering and interpreting HR data, developing dashboards and reports, ensuring HR systems are setup and designed to accommodate the needs of the business. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR leadership to optimize workforce strategies, improve employee experience, and contribute to overall organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
Data Collection and Analysis
•Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various HR systems, including payroll, performance, recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits
•Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement by assessing HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
HR Information Systems
•Serves as the primary contact for HRIS support, including troubleshooting and resolving HRIS-related issues
•Collaborates with HR team and key organizational members to determine the short- and long-term HR system objectives and develops a plan to modify or enhance applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives
•Maintains data integrityin the HRIS by conducting routine audits, data clean-up, and testing
•Implements process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with HR systems
•Ensures security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
•Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation for all HR systems
•Provides user training and hands-on support to all employees
•Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
Reporting and Visualization
•Develops and maintains HR dashboards, visualizations, and regular reports that highlight workforce trends, such as retention rates, hiring timelines, diversity metrics, and employee engagement
•Assists in workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs, turnover rates, and hiring trends to help forecast future hiring and skill requirements
•Presents data findings in a clear and compelling manner to HR leadership and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Requirements
Education and Skill Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
•Three to five years of related HRIS and payroll experience required
•Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
