What you get to do:
As the Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting job pricing analyses utilizing market data and internal structures to provide internal alignment and to attract and retain talent. You will maintain compensation programs, perform audits, and maintain internal trackers. You will prepare analyses related to incentive plan design and will assist with annual processes such as merit, bonus, and stock equity. You will manage small projects and other short-term initiatives while contributing to larger scale projects with various business partners and other Total Rewards team members.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:
- Complete job evaluation and benchmark pricing requests using market data.
- Prepares individual compensation proposals in alignment with company structure.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA designations, local laws and regulations.
- Maintain internal compensation structures and job families.
- Analyze compensation plans and provide recommendations.
- Assist with the Annual bonus / merit processes.
- Support and maintain internal equity trackers.
- Empower leaders and business partners with data to drive decisions.
- Formulate Recommendations for impending legislation / Statutory requirements.
- Conducts audits for SOX compliance.
- Provide analysis for executive and board presentations.
- Contributes to various compensation projects, performs research, and helps develop solutions.
- Communicates and administers compensation policy and procedures.
- Maintains internal Compensation SOPs.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 2-4 years' experience as a Compensation Analyst or 4-5 years' experience as financial, operations, or transactions analyst.
- Experience with annual bonus plans and long-term equity.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Possess a "can do" attitude with a "will do" work ethic.
