Description: Oversee entry and exit from the Corporate Headquarters building and provides escort services to employees and visitors. Issue visitor badges and ensure visitors are escorted by the person they are visiting. Monitor CCTV and access control systems and report and investigate incidents. Perform access audits of systems. Create building access badges for new hires, visiting employees and vendors; work with supervisor as needed for badge review and audits, creation or termination, etc. Reports system alarms and any medical, safety or security incidents and uses discretion in accordance with security policies. Manage Conference Room scheduling and setup needs. Answer all incoming telephone calls professionally, and transfer call to respective extensions. Qualifications: 2-3 years of related professional experience ideally as a front of house security role or front desk receptionist in corporate environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service and strong desire to assist the internal and external customers. A can-do approach Ability to effectively utilize PCs, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook email.
