Responsibilities:

• Interact with the unhoused population in a respectful and kind manner.

• Perform client check-ins, including wand and bag checks.

• Maintain professional communication with department managers, staff members, upper management, and city officials.

• Provide security control in the café area.

• Manage incoming deliveries, adhering to client policies for UPS, Amazon, and other deliveries.

• Maintain crowd control outside the main entrance and in the lobby.

• Conduct bed and safety checks.

• Monitor and ensure bike security.

• Distribute meals to clients.

• Report any incidents promptly to the Dispatch team.

• Maintain accurate client sign-in and sign-out logs.

• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and Incident Reports as required.

Requirements:

• Valid California Driver's License or Identification Card.

• Valid Guard Card.

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher level of education.

If you have the following it’s a plus

• COVID vaccination is required.

• Current TB test.

• First Aid/CPR/AED certificate.

• Food Handlers Certificate.

• HIPAA Certificate.

• All shifts available (Day, Swing and Graveyard)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
