Work Type: Onsite
Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST, Rotating Saturdays, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST

About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Phlebotomy: Accurately and safely drawing blood samples from patients of all ages.
  • Patient Interaction: Building rapport with patients, explaining procedures, and answering questions.
  • Specimen Processing: Preparing blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Following established procedures and guidelines.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
  • Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to various work locations.
