Since 1992, Caribbean Vacations has been a prominent service provider for a variety of cruise lines across Florida and luxurious resorts in The Caribbean. This job is not a remote position and will be based in our bustling office located in the heart of Florida's tourist district.

An ideal candidate for this position will act like an ambassador for both Verified Number and Caribbean Vacations. This involves providing exemplary customer service, resolving customer issues, and engaging enthusiastically with clients who are excited about traveling to the beautiful islands of The Caribbean. Our goal is to enhance the travel experience for our customers while actively promoting Caribbean tourism. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to customers by answering queries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about products and services offered by Caribbean Vacations.
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and maintain positive customer relations to enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers in booking, modifying, or canceling their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking experience.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve customer service protocols and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the latest promotions and policies affecting customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Interact with customers on social media platforms, reflecting the company’s brand and values positively in all forms of communication.
  • Promote company values and contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all customers and staff members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide suitable solutions.
  • Great work ethic and Positive Attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software programs.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, as customer service must cover various time zones of the customers served.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive speaker, capable of building strong relationships and trust with diverse clients.
