We are seeking agents to assist consumers with their vehicle condition report after drop-off. The great thing about this position, is that as part of the Hertz Team at the ATL Airport, you will receive exposure to opportunities that will enhance your skills and career.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Greet customers upon return and address any concerns or questions, coordinating with the local Hertz agents.
Request customers to review and sign a digital condition report of their vehicle post-drop-off.
Show customers any identified damage on the vehicle upon request.
Train Hertz agents on the process.
Communicate any incidents or issues with the UVeye system to the designated point of contact.
Compare the UVeye condition report to the actual vehicle condition and document any discrepancies.

This Job Requires:
Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.
Can lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.
Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
2+ years previous experience in customer service.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and perform physical vehicle inspections, including bending and lifting as needed.
Must always maintain a formal and neat appearance.
