About the Role:
Style Netbox is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating client information and managing orders.
• Educate clients about our services, offerings, and policies to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service software.
