Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the customer support system.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech support, etc.) to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
