Responsibilities:

• Execute new account setups and post-implementation updates across various software platforms, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to documentation requirements.
• Proactively monitor the Customer Service queue, address new tickets, and ensure timely follow-up on existing tickets, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify, document, escalate, and resolve issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist Lead to review and enhance client account administration processes and internal guidelines to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Toxicology Support teams to maintain accurate client information.
• Achieve productivity, quality, and attendance performance metrics.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience or training; a four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and experience working within a corporate environment.
• Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Salesforce CFM experience is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management, analytical abilities, and self-motivation.
• Positive attitude, strong initiative, and attention to detail.

Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/hr
