Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is not required we will train the person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Base Salary plus Annual Bonus

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- State Farm Required Training (must be completed upon hire)
