Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Project Financial Specialist with expertise in accounting practices, project accounting, and financial lifecycle management.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing fund allocations, and handling trade settlements.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of accounting conversion cycles and possesses experience with managing project expenses and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
ccounting Practice & Financial Management:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices across all financial activities.
Handle the full conversion lifecycle, including asset conversion, fund allocation, and reporting.
Manage invoicing, billing cycles, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain oversight of project expenses, ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation with budgets.
Handle financial reporting and analysis for multiple projects and large portfolios.
Project Accounting Practices:
Lead financial management for large projects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on costs, expenses, and fund allocations.
Oversee project-related accounting processes, such as invoicing and settlements.
Manage project budgets, tracking financial performance, and making adjustments as necessary to maintain project health.
Monitor and manage trade settlements and allocations tied to project financials.
Ensure all project accounting practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Fund Allocation & Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with project managers to allocate funds based on project needs and goals.
Ensure efficient and transparent fund management within projects, including cost control and capital allocation.
Conduct financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting for project financials.
nalyze and manage project fund allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
Trade Settlements & Asset Conversion:
Manage the settlement process for trades related to the project, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee asset conversion cycles, ensuring seamless transitions and appropriate financial reporting during conversions.
ccount Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial reporting and inquiries related to project accounts.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide detailed financial reports, analyses, and forecasts.
Ensure ongoing account management best practices, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong experience in accounting conversion lifecycle, financial management, project accounting, and fund allocation.
Expertise in managing large portfolios and complex project financials.
Experience in trading, invoicing, fund allocation, and trade settlements.
Knowledge of project expenses, capital management, and asset conversion cycles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial software and tools for accounting and project management.
