The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Executive Assistant , working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Boise, Idaho, 83714, United States.
- Key records maintenance
- Compile data for reports
- Administrative tasks associated with the budget process
- Schedule executive appointments and meetings
- Calendar maintenance for upper executive level employees
- Answer/screen/route telephone calls for upper level executives
- Prepare expense reports
- Prepare/edit executive presentations
- Make travel arrangements
- Mentor/lead the general administrative staff of the department/division
- Other established general administrative requirements of the organization
- Coordinate the administrative work within the department/division, working with other departments/divisions and companies
- Be recognized as the top administrative employee in the department or division

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school education or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred.
- Experienced executive assistant with 5+ years of experience supporting high level executives in a large technology company.
- Advanced general administrative skills/knowledge required at an upper executive level.
- Usually works with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple project administrative requirements.
- Specific advanced software skills as required by the division.
