PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support and serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients on matters pertaining to the Chief Executive Officer. The Administrative Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. Provides confidential executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team in alignment with RRM's Mission, values and goal and is responsible for organizing and coordinating appointments for external relations efforts. Provide administrative support to the Development Department. Effectively help manage development operations. Complete project-based work assigned by Development leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
At the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, provide general administrative support and carry out the established administrative procedures in alignment with RRM's mission and values.
Make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments within the scope of the role.
Schedule meetings and prepare materials for the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team.
Handle confidential information, including accurate and confidential filing, financial, personnel, and other administrative documentation.
Perform general administrative duties including processing mail, email, answer phones, meeting coordination, and electronic records management.
Prepare meeting materials and presentations. Take meeting minutes, track action items and assist in communicating follow-up until action items are completed.
Draft reports and correspondence on behalf of the office of the Chief Executive Officer.
Create and maintain organized files (electronic and paper) including archives for permanent records.
Communicate reminders to the Board members regarding upcoming meetings, including coordinating meetings and materials for the Board of Directors.
Provide administrative support for the executive leadership team, as directed by Chief Executive Officer.
Participate in or leads special initiatives as assigned.
Maintain cooperative relationships and communication with other departments to support organizational and program objectives.
Represent the Christian values and ethics of RRM when interacting with donors, staff and board members.
Respond to question regarding RRM's mission, program and services. Supports the Christian values and ethics of RRM with students, staff and community.
Participate in RRM-sponsored spiritual enrichment activities, including staff prayer and devotions.
Perform other duties and activities as assigned, at any time, with or without notice.
CLERICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISION
Oversee work schedules and training of part time receptionists.
Cover lunch breaks and other scheduled time off for part time receptionists.
Monitor and approve timecards of part time receptionists.

Submit to RRM's statement of Christian faith and have a desire to share that faith, prayer and knowledge with staff, volunteers and students. Ability to demonstrate this in word and deed by supporting the ministry of RRM, attending a local church and commitment to prayer and study of the Bible.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities with confidence to make administrative/procedural judgments and decisions with minimal supervision.
Work cooperatively in a team environment.
Exhibit proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Photoshop.
Type 80-90 WPM.
Display strong prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills.
Develop and maintain recordkeeping systems, processes and procedures.
Reveal interpersonal and communication skills, work effectively one-on-one and in group settings with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse community.
SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle relational conflicts according to the Staff Covenant of Romans 12:18 and Matthew 18:15-19.
Memorize monthly Scripture, Mission Statement, and Mission Core Values.
Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings.
Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In-Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Five years' experience as an administrative assistant.
Three years' experience providing administrative support to executives.
