Our Client is seeking a contract resource to work as an Executive Administrative Assistant to perform administrative duties including but not limited to: Managing calendar and scheduling meetings Booking domestic and international travel Managing expense reports Working with Finance Admins to help coordinate Finance Function activities Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience supporting various levels of leadership. 5+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates confidence, a professional demeanor, and can work well under pressure. 5+ years of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) experience. C ollege degree preferred with a minimum of a High School Diploma.
