Our client is seeking a highly skilled hybrid Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a growing company based in Austin Texas. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with flexibility, discretion, and have a 24/7 mentality. 


Key Responsibilities 
 

  • Executive Support for CEO: Manage calendar, meetings, travel itineraries, and communications related to company business. Coordinate with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 

  • Comprehensive Travel Management: Plan and oversee complex travel logistics, including international trips, accommodations, local arrangements, and contingencies for both business and personal travel. 

  • Lifestyle and Social Coordination: Arrange social engagements, events, and assist with personal errands.  

  • Manage special projects from start to finish with little direction  
     

Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting high-level executives or high-net-worth individuals in a hybrid role. 

  • Exceptional resourcefulness, discretion, and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities. 

  • Excellent verifiable references  
     

Schedule: Flexibility to adapt your schedule to the needs of the client

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel as needed to support business and personal engagements
