About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Executive Leadership Administration. This role is pivotal in partnering with the Chief Development Officer and executive leaders to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's mission and strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing internal organizational processes, orchestrating short and long-term planning, and maintaining a deep knowledge of departmental activities and strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include providing unbiased and accurate information, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational initiatives, as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams to carry out time-limited initiatives. The Executive Director will also provide administrative leadership and strategic direction for the team managing executive engagements and communications. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years' of experience in healthcare, internal and external communications, corporate communications, fundraising, and leadership. A Master's degree is preferred. The role requires strong administrative leadership, senior management expertise, and a proven track record in project management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, superior leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships at the highest levels of leadership. Political savvy, the ability to work in a consensus-style operation, and a consultative, coaching approach are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to handle sensitive information with discretion, work with a high degree of independence, and drive a high volume of work to completion.
