ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Cybersecurity Operations Manager leads a diverse team of cyber professionals and manages the coordination, application, implementation, and execution of defensive cybersecurity operations (DCO) across a large, complex IT enterprise for a major DoD command. DCO includes but is not limited to: vulnerability detection, assessment, remediation and reporting; threat detection; incident response and reporting; analyzing and ensuring compliance with DoD cyber policies; responding to Cybersecurity Tasking Orders (CTOs); providing technical and management recommendations to mitigate cyber risk; leading and coordinating defensive operations planning; overseeing Blue Team, Red Team and other activities; overseeing Cyber Hunt and Insider Detection activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical field.
- One or more active senior cybersecurity certifications, including but not limited to the below or equivalent:
Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSMP, or CISSP-ISSEP
Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Lead Certification (GSLC)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Security - Experience applying cybersecurity in accordance with the DoD RMF within the last 5 years.
- Experience performing security design, testing, and implementation requirements of integrated networks for a large DoD enterprise.
- Five (5+) or more years of experience with IDSs, VPN systems, firewalls, security log analysis, system audits, and vulnerability assessments.
- Five (5+) or more years of experience leading DCO teams in the DoD and/or intelligence community.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise IT security policies for information protection on DoD or IC systems and networks, including classified networks.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
- Experience managing defensive cybersecurity operations at a major DoD command (5,000 or more users) is desired.
- Must have a current/active Top-Secretclearance with SCI eligibility.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
