Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning:
   
   • Sweep and mop floors in dining areas, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
   • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
   • Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
   • Clean windows and mirrors to maintain a polished appearance.
2. Restroom Maintenance:
   
   • Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and urinals.
   • Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
   • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
3. Kitchen Support:
   
   • Assist kitchen staff by keeping kitchen floors clean and free of debris.
   • Dispose of kitchen waste and empty grease traps as required.
   • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment.
4. Exterior Maintenance:
   
   • Monitor and report any issues with outdoor trash bins or disposal areas.
5. Special Event Support:
   
   • Assist with cleaning before and after special events or large gatherings.
   • Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure efficient event setups and breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
