Task Description:
11150 JANITOR The Janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition factory working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
Task Requirements:

- Provides supplies and minor maintenance services
- Cleans lavatories, showers, and restrooms
- Maintains FOD free aviation maintenance environment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 8+ Years related experience
- Experience working in an aviation maintenance support environment
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2-6 years additional education and/or related experience
- Work 2nd Shift
- Ability to obtain CBP Secret clearance
Compensation
$16.79/hour
Other Compensation
Employees that waive medical insurance receive an opt-out payment of $2.00 per hour paid to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in KAI's 401k plan. Employees accrue 3.07 hours of vacation and 2.15 hours of personal paid time per pay period. KAI union employees working at CBP have 11 paid holidays.
Employment is contingent on (a) your ability to provide appropriate proof of your identity and eligibility to work in the United States; (b) your references and any background check being satisfactory to the Company; (c) you successfully passing a pre-employment drug test; and (d) your ability to get a required clearance by your effective start date if needed; and (e) KAI commencing performance on this contract.
