Janitor/Clerical (Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED)
Six (6) Part Time Positions Available.
1 Lead Janitor Pay Rate COE: $18.00 PH - $20.00 PH
3 Janitors Pay Rate COE $17.00 PH - $18.00 PH
2Janitors Pay Rate COE $17.00 PH - $18.00 PH
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (5 hours per day)
Monday - Friday 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM (6 hours per day)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Sanitation

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Sanitation
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of designated areas within the facility, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and customer service areas.
- Must have floor care experience (i.e., Scrubber, buffer, waxers, etc.,)
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collect, empty, and dispose of trash in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness in waste receptacles throughout the premises.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and waxing or buffing floors to always uphold a polished and well-maintained appearance.
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces, countertops, desks, and other fixtures to maintain a sanitized and professional environment.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, ensuring a streak-free and spotless finish.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary. Possess knowledge of safe handling and storing of all cleaning products and chemicals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a hazard-free environment for staff, and visitors.
- Be familiar with emergency response procedures and act promptly in case of spills, accidents, or other unforeseen situations.
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas, including sidewalks and entryways. Remove debris, snow, or ice to ensure safe access.
- Speak with direct supervisors and facility staff to address specific cleaning needs or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during routine duties to the designated supervisor for timely resolution.
- Provide coverage with front desk staff during breaks to ensure all calls and other duties are handled.
- Maintain awareness of security protocols and report any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
- Follow security protocols and guidelines, especially when working in secure areas or after banking hours.
- Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting with staff, and visitors and while answering phones.
- Be open to flexible work hours, including occasional evening or weekend shifts for special cleaning projects.
- Floor Care Experience
