Amentum is hiring: Integrated Master Scheduler in Warrenton

The mission of the Lone Wolf Team is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.

The duties and responsibilities of the Integrated Master Scheduler include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and maintain a Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates across multiple functional areas

Integrate schedule development, resource tracking and analysis, critical path development and analysis, build project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as required

Interface with workflow management, project managers, engineering, fielding and deployment, and other functional areas to develop project schedules and respond to changes and issues

Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support

Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS meetings with project managers

Prepare and brief monthly IMS overview and trends to government leadership

Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI

3+ years of appropriate and progressive experience OR any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational support

Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Project
