Overall 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, minimum 10years in SAP Master Data Management & Governance. At least 1 end to endS/4HANA implementation experience. At least 5 years of SAP ApplicationMaintenance and Support experience

Functional Skills:

• Business processes:Supplier Master Data, Customer Master Data, Finance Master Data
• Strong understanding ofImplementation/enhancements: hands on functional configuration, creation offunctional specs and providing inputs for technical specs, creation of testcases and test scripts, training documents, testing, defect resolution
• Issue resolution: managing AMStickets and resolution of MDG related issues within defined SLAs
• Understanding of Interfaces toS/4Hana, dealing with data sets, coordinating with technical team to providefunctional inputs for designing, developing and issue resolution for technicalinterfaces (nice to have)
• Industry skill (nice to have):Marketing agency service for Retailers
• Worked with SAP Cloud set up (Risewith SAP)(nice to have)
