Responsibilities:
Collaborate and work effectively with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality software
Stakeholder/User focused and can empathize with the users of our products and what they are trying to accomplish
Create and maintain user stories, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and testable
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team
Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders, including non-technical ones
Continuously improve processes and workflows to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software
Comfortable in an Agile Environment and Participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives
Problem-solver and a go-getter who isn't afraid to dive into projects and get your hands dirty
Articulate clearly, both written and orally, to build consensus, communicate ideas and deliver on-time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
2+ years of experience as a business analyst in an agile environment
Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of requirements management tools, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or Trello
Experience in data analysis and modeling is a plus
