Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong self-starter comfortable leading tasks and managing to project deadlines. Business Analysts at (company) play a crucial role by bridging productivity in our development teams with the organization's strategic business objectives. This position requires not only a strong foundation in business analysis but also a commitment to ongoing skill development, especially in advanced analysis techniques that drive better outcomes for our products and features.
You'll spend your days on the following:
- Assist in the design, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of system products.
- Establish strong relationships with internal partners and clients, effectively serving as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users.
- Design and review test cases, providing support for quality assurance activities.
- Lead team reviews of documented requirements and business processes, ensuring a focus on solutions that refine requirements for optimal results.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Create and standardize templates for requirements and configuration specifications to maintain consistent and efficient workflows.
- Actively seek to expand and apply advanced business analysis skills, such as process modeling and data analysis, to improve project outcomes.
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or an Associate's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in documentation and technical writing; samples may be requested.
- Demonstrated expertise in eliciting business requirements, project management methodologies, process modeling, and requirements verification.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear ability to convey technical information to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience conducting requirement elicitation interviews, documenting processes, and supporting testing.
- A forward-thinking approach to enhancing product usability and value for end-users.
- The ability to work independently and meet project-driven deadlines, whether in-person or remotely.
- Proven experience in prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, both internally and for clients.
