Job Title: Sr Business Systems Analyst
Start Date: 12/15/2024
Interview Process: 2 rounds over MS TEAMS
Job Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Location: Strongly prefer Jacksonville, FL, Morristown NJ, or Raleigh NC (in that order)area so they can work a hybrid schedule. 2-3 days/week

Reason for need:
- Current BSA is leaving by end of December

Project Details
This BSA will support the Lending team, this team does a lot of work within the Business Intelligence space. Pulling data from applications such as Salesforce, InfoLease, and Pega for lease application purposes.

Must Have Skills:
  • 6 + Years Experience as Business Systems Analyst- Financial Services background highly preferred
  • Hands on experience working with Salesforce (will use to implement CRM, analysts on his team read salesforce data and help them with requirements and design) and/or Infolease (salesforce preferred)
  • Project Experience working with data, data analyst background helpful. Basic MS SQL knowledge to understand or extract data from source systems (SSRS/SSIS)
  • Experience working in data and BI Setting (this is supporting a BI team within the lending space), someone who can query the data, and build requirements in agile framework
  • Strong, Proactive & Effective communicator
Nice To Have
Experience with PEGA CRM

Needs From Job Description:
  • Working with users & development teams to drive meetings for requirements collections, documentation and analyze source systems.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical/functional documents with focus on Data and business Intelligence applications
  • Prior documentation experience preparing functional and technical documentation


Day to day responsibilities:
  • Support issue resolution within the product
  • Verify and validate user stories and solutions
  • Clarify user stories and business questions raised by the team
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify, understand, and help innovate solutions that will meet their needs.
  • Identify and document test scenarios and test data by working closely with the Test team
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring user story completeness
