BGSF is hiring: Business Analyst - CONSULTANT in Houston

BGSF is seeking a Senior Level Consultant with Healthcare experience for a Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operational improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. Project Management with abilities to lead the efforts focused on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Utilize a variety of skills to identify, analyze and implement opportunities
• Analysis of existing processes and define process improvements
• Update and create documentation to reflect processes
• Improve and implement processes to measure financial results
• Work with management to develop solutions and resolve issues
• Develop timelines, milestones and resources needed
• Coach team members to help in identifying solutions and alternatives
• Analyst complex scenarios to support recommendations

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or equivalent experience
• Six Sigma
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Local Houston candidates.

In office 5 days with some flexibility
