Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in integration to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and supporting new warehouse fulfillment and logistics clients, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration and Support
- Provide application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and direct interaction with end users, while effectively communicating with management.
- Proactively gather, analyze, and document requirements for data mapping, workflows, and logical processes, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
- Oversee key integration processes, including the receipt, compliance, translation, and performance of all B2B/A2A transactions (e.g., X12, XML, JSON, flat files, database-based).
- Lead efforts to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, communication materials, and resources in collaboration with ID Logistics stakeholders.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to create and refine data maps and business processes supporting both new and evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with business teams to define the scope of work and ensure clear requirements for project completion.
- Engage in release planning and coordinate activities across the SDLC to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration-focused solutions.
- Conduct Gap Analysis to assess the feasibility, impact, and potential of integration modifications.
- Develop and maintain training materials and systems documentation to support the integration team's ongoing development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Uphold all company safety standards and contribute to enforcing safety protocols as needed, ensuring a safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within the Supply Chain industry
- Strong hands-on experience with X12 EDI
- Proficient in data mapping design and SQL queries usage
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Self-motivated and thrives in an independent work environment
- Warehousing or 3PL industry experience is preferred
- Experience with XML integration
- T-SQL experience
