About the Role:

• We are seeking a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Business Analystto join our dynamic team in Stuttgart, AR. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing processes through the implementation and maintenance of advanced MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• MES Implementation and Support: Design, implement, and maintain MES systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging MES data and analytics.
• Integration and Coordination: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate MES with enterprise systems like SAP, CVT, and Run Test.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure MES solutions meet functional requirements and performance standards.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users on MES features and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize MES functionality, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in MES software implementation and support, including system configuration, integration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Experience with MES applications like Koerber (High Jump).
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems integration with MES.
• Proficiency in SQL/SSRS and experience with database management systems.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.
