MAU is hiring a Business Analyst for our client in Greer, SC. As a Business Analyst, you will oversee business process analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, design, and simulation for small to medium-sized projects. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

- Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or Business or the equivalent of 4 years of experience in an IT application or infrastructure role
- 3+ years of experience with IT governance and the system development life cycle
- 3+ years of experience planning, analyzing, testing, and designing IT solutions
- 3 + years of project leadership or system responsibility experience in an IT environment
- 3+ years of systems analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Basic knowledge of databases, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with business units to analyze operational procedures, identify issues, and define data input/output requirements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on current processes and help define future state processes
- Work with global teams to ensure alignment with existing systems and group strategy
- Analyze system capabilities and workflow limitations to assess the feasibility of requested changes
- Differentiate between system configuration and programming solutions
- Prepare time and cost estimates for projects, including detailed functional specifications
- Configure systems, design interfaces, and provide on-call support as needed
- Coordinate the preparation of technical reports, test plans, and implementation documentation
- Support process improvements and automation to enhance business processes and drive cost savings
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, including resource coordination, status meetings, and project communication
- Develop project plans, manage change control, and ensure timely, on-budget task completion
- Work with business units to ensure accurate system design and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare business process mappings, identify process gaps, and recommend process redesigns
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development
- Serve as a liaison between business units and development teams to ensure alignment with business needs
- Continuously stay updated on industry innovations and apply them to improve business processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Occasional travel might be required
