Position Summary:
Oasys is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Analyst to support our Business Development team in driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal government contracting and be skilled in leveraging business intelligence tools to analyze, track, and prioritize opportunities and document relevant statuses and timelines.

Position Summary:
Oasys is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Analyst to support our Business Development team in driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal government contracting and be skilled in leveraging business intelligence tools to analyze, track, and prioritize opportunities and document relevant statuses and timelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team and executives to understand market priorities and develop relevant dashboards and status reports.
- Work across various markets within the organization to monitor opportunities and gather information pertinent to each customer segment.
- Design and maintain processes for market-focused dashboards and opportunity tracking.
- Conduct daily market research, update dashboards, and assist in customer outreach to identify and qualify potential bid opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with leaders at all internal and external levels.
- Demonstrated initiative in conducting independent data research and contributing to fast-paced business leadership teams.
- Familiarity with the Shipley business development process or similar methodologies for opportunity identification, qualification, and bidding.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel, to interpret and present complex data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Development Analyst in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the federal support services contracting industry.
- Experience with major re-competes, incumbent captures, set-asides, full and open competitions, and sole-source contracts.
- Knowledge of the Federal Civilian and DoD contracting marketplaces.
- Proficient in utilizing data sources such as USAspending.gov, FPDS, and research tools like GovWin and Bloomberg.
- Comprehensive understanding or experience with various types of government contracts (firm-fixed-price, T&M, cost-plus) and expertise across all business development and capture strategies.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
