SAP Business Analyst Job at Optomi in Charlotte

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes to support and enhance our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document business requirements, and work to optimize and implement SAP solutions that align with business needs. Experience with Azure Integration Services and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is highly desirable but not required.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP solutions, including configuration and customization based on business requirements.
• Support integration efforts between SAP and other enterprise systems. Prior experience with Azure Integration Services is a plus.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging SAP functionality to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and conduct system testing to ensure new solutions and configurations meet the intended business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SAP processes, workflows, and configurations. Conduct training sessions and create user guides for end-users as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project progress, timelines, and potential issues.
• Develop and provide meaningful reports and dashboards using SAP tools to support decision-making processes.
