**Job Description**

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Business system analyst with Healthcare domain experience along with strong SQL skills

**Required Skills :**

+ Senior HealthCare BSA, with at least 7 years of experience

+ Knowledge of HealthCare Provider data structure is a plus

+ Experience working in onsite/offshore model and as a Lead BSA for project deliverables.

+ Working knowledge of FACETS Product, Data models & architecture (Preferred) or any other claims processing system like NASCO.

+ Experience with using SQL for analyzing data to determine the most efficient design solution

+ Solid documentation skills with ability to create solution design, write Technical Requirements Documents,

+ Operational System Support Plans, and other BSA deliverables.

+ It would be beneficial for candidates to have a past development background as well as some healthcare.
