About the Team:
The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business Planning Department with monthly reconciliations, financial forecast review, and cost negotiations.
Candidates need to have a thorough understanding of business needs, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility with changing work priorities.
What You Will Do:- Detailed review of business models, terms and conditions, & funding amounts
- Reconcile high volumes of cost and funding agreements with ODMs
- Review weekly financial forecast and monthly P&L, investigate, and provide explanations for reported changes
- Track business agreements and align the financial forecast to latest agreements
- Recognize and implement appropriate actions to maintain profitability at SKU level
- Monitor inventory levels and supply flow, providing recommendations to maintain optimal balance
- Collect and analyze RFQs from suppliers, providing a summary of results to the team
- Support ODM negotiations with cost analysis and accurate record keeping
- Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations for ODM and executive meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree; (preferred area of Study: Business, Economics, Finance & Accounting)
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience preparing for and de-briefing business meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $74,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $94,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
