Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Salesforce System Support and Maintenance
- Perform system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, groups, and permission sets, complex flows and validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
- Advise on system enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, and user activity.
- Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts.
- Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of key business metrics.
- Deliver effective training modules and user guides.
- Develop subject matter expertise and capabilities across the business.
- Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
- Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and or time impacts.
- Provide expert support to business users in managing systems and process changes.
- Provide expert advice on application solutions.
- Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
- Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements.
- Facilitate testing of Salesforce rollouts.
- Interact with third party vendors and developers where appropriate.
- Research, evaluate and recommend innovative technologies to support business needs.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Application Manager or Director of Information Technology.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, OR 4 years' experience in relevant field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
- 1+ years Salesforce setup and configuration
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Desired
- 1+ years business analyst or project management experience
- Experience working for a non-profit organization
