Insight Global is seeking a Lead TMS Business Analyst for a large company based in Minnesota that is fully remote with minimal travel. As the Lead TMS Business Analyst, you will be implementing a large enterprise-wide fleet dispatch solution, moving private fleet truck planning processes off antiquated solutions and onto state-of-the-art software. You will be collaborating closely with business, software vendor, snowflake, and SAP teams. You will also be managing requirements, authoring functional specification docu delivering the solution through a rigorous build / testing framework.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience working on at least 1 truck private fleet Transportation Management System full lifecycle implementation.
-Strong hands-on configuration experience is required
-5+ years of hands-on TMS administration/configuration experience (McLeod, TMW, Mastery, Descartes, Blue Yonder, etc)
-Vendor management experience
-Private Fleet Truck solution management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Bulk Truck (particularly agriculture and energy)
-SAP experience
-Snowflake/interacting with data lake teams previously
-Experience documenting in ServiceNow
