Pendo is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our GTM Operations team. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and be enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership to build systems and processes that will support a high growth company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams in leading global Salesforce projects
  • Partner with Sales Operations Business Partner Managers to understand Business requirements, process and tool enhancements needed
  • Captures, analyzes, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources
  • Document project detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Prioritizes the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholders
  • Responsible for testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of an automated QA testing system such as Copado.
  • Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated application issues.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Execute test cases manually and look to automate where necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a business analyst or equivalent role working with Salesforce
  • Have a deep knowledge of Sales & Support systems, but also develop a deep knowledge of Pendo's sales processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open office, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience Implementing a QA testing tool
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Copado as a QA tool
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach and other Sales tools
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 4-year degree preferred

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is:

San Francisco Bay Area, CA - $96,000 - $120,800

Raleigh, NC - $84,000 - 105,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
