Business Analyst 3-Ops at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: + Use analysis to support project activities related to system and process improvement to accelerate deal flow and eliminate manual touch on transactions. + Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and irregularities, providing actionable insights for business stakeholders. + Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics needs. + Produce customized presentations for intended audiences from IC to SVP including clear and impactful data visualizations. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of reports and analytics solutions. + Challenge existing processes to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives. + Maintain a working knowledge of CDD quoting or drafting processes and key systems. Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field + 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on reporting and analytics + Proficiency with Excel (pivots, formulas, functions, vlookups, etc) and PowerPoint + Intermediate knowledge of Oracle Cloud Framework Systems as well as CDD Dashboards preferred + Demonstrated Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities and deadlines + Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills + Ability to work independently, prioritize, and resolve problems + Solid analytical and decision-making skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to travel (domestic and global) Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
