We are looking for a **Senior Technical Business Analyst** to join our Research and Development team in either of our corporate offices in Omaha, Nebraska or Chicago, Illinois.

As a **Senior Technical Business Analyst,** reporting to the Principal of Business Process & Automation, you will collaborate with partners to create interactive dashboards, manage and enhance data pipelines and processes, and develop applications that optimize departmental performance. You will automate data, processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities affecting the success of our projects. You will perform data cleaning, manipulation, and automation, with a focus on delivering applicable insights to teams. You will help drive innovation and support projects through advanced data analytics and visualization tools.

**What else you'll do in this role:**

+ Pull and clean data from Snowflake and Databricks; data is focused on food and packaging manufacturing.

+ Optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI, and R Shiny to provide strategic insights to partners.

+ Lead A/B testing projects to evaluate and optimize the performance of reports and dashboards.

+ Conduct training sessions, share insights, and promote best practices to improve data literacy across the organization.

+ Automate processes to refine daily operations in R&D.

**Position Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 3+ years experience in data analysis or data engineering within consumer products/ Pharmaceutical.

+ Experience in dashboard creation, data cleaning, manipulation, and automation, with a focus on delivering applicable insights to teams.

+ Expertise in a program language like R, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.

+ Proficient in business intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, or Python Dash.

+ Independent learner who can translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

We require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Monday - Thursday you will have flexibility for days you need to be in the office. Fridays are remote.
