Please do not submit any candidates that do not have a LinkedIn Kforce has a client that is looking for Senior Business Analyst for a long-term contract in Dallas, TX. You will be the Senior Business Analyst for an eCommerce web shops for a dozen countries and near 20banners. We need experienced enough to know very well the role and in full capacity to handle various requests in autonomy working with cross functional roles as a team. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead requirements analysis and definition for multiple concurrent features Document complete requirement details in user stories including acceptance criteria and acceptance tests Collaborate with other team members on user experience and technical architecture to ensure a sound solution Prepare for coming features by gathering information through analysis, meetings, interviews and/or disseminating information from already existing documentation and testing Confirm features are developed according to requirements by critically reviewing team demos and testing Create, proofread, and edit functional, technical and end-user documentation that is used within the team and throughout the organization Edit, rewrite, and authenticate new and existing complex technical user manuals, application papers, product descriptions, data sheets, on-line tools, and training guides Improve editorial and visual standards for documents and recommend new designs, layouts, training delivery methods and procedures as needed Ensure everything that goes out to our customers, internal or external is of the highest quality Critical Path, Key Challenges: Delivers results in a fast paced, global environment Communicates effectively in a cross-cultural group and matrix organization Attention to detail and quality results Takes initiative and proactively takes steps to meet individual or team commitments Organized and methodical in approach to completing work Required Skills : Degree in a relevant field (HCI, Graphic Interactive, Communication Design, Information Systems, Customer Experience) Minimum 8 years of experience working in a business analyst/product management role Background and experience relating to the functional and technical design of digital oriented solutions Comfortable with Agile methodologies and design thinking Previous experience in an eCommerce team, ideally in an international/global environment Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, in an international environment Ability to communicate effectively and cultivate working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members within and across job functions and regions Experience with digital and data analytics Ability to excel in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
