Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Patient Solutions IT Organization. This position will be tied to a massive enterprise replatforming effort to move their patient experience platform to Salesforce Health Cloud. This particular role is focused on their Patient Portal workstream leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud. The Sr. BA will be working with the System Integrator's dev teams to author user stories and acceptance criteria, and act as a liaison between the partner and the business. Exceptional Agile, JIRA, and User Story documentation is required

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Team Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization
Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach
Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories
Proven experience leading technology initiatives related to Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience Cloud Project Experience
Knowledge of APIs and Integrations
Technical Salesforce Background
