We are seeking a self-driven Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong focus on machine learning to join our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the desire to build, test, and deploy predictive analytic models that integrate with current business processes to enhance performance across the company. This role requires someone with advanced Excel skills, proficiency in SQL and Python, and the ability to take ownership and improve existing models while identifying opportunities to implement new ones.
General Responsibilities:
- Discover, design, develop, and deploy predictive analytic models to integrate with business processes.
- Improve and maintain current models, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Develop and move BI, Analytics, and ML tools to production.
- Gather requirements, design, and deploy reporting solutions.
- Innovate and creatively solve analytical problems.
- Plan, support, design, modify, and test data warehouse cubes, models, dimensions, measures, views, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics Management, Applied Statistical Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced experience with MS Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience using python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.
- Proven foundation in Data Science and mid-level Machine Learning and ML Ops skills.
- Experience with MS Power BI, SQL, and MS Azure tool sets.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code tools, and APIs for analytic tool and visualization creation.
- Experience with large dashboards, ETL tools, and methods.
- Experience with Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Qliksense, OLAP, and ETLs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
