Description and Requirements
Candidate will help lead project teams as a subject matter expert in a very large, Global organization, driving Lenovo's Infrastructure Services Group and Solution and Services Group offering strategy into execution and planning deliverables to transform business processes. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated expert business analyst with a demonstrated ability to display business transformation experience in enterprise-level hardware, software and services solutions, technology PLM and ERP systems, and cloud-based solutions, using typical Office-based tools to communicate. This is a global position and will primarily focus on business process improvements for the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group and Solution and Services Group offerings scope while also working with other dependent areas to ensure a full end-to-end solution for Lenovo's different customer segments and various geographies and regions.
Demonstrated willingness to investigate business requirements translating pain points to IT/Organizational Process changes, system testing, end user training, and Organizational Change Management impact assessment is required. Experience in application release processes of Agile methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with industry best-practice fulfillment solutions. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, good organizational skills, and strong project management skills are also expected for this Global position. Perhaps most important, the successful hire will be willing to learn by doing, taking risks to acquire skills in areas where there are no industry standards, and business invention is at a premium. They must be willing to drive results and own closure in multiple simultaneous projects.

Basic Qualifications:
- 8+years of experience in positions requiring initiative, self-management and risk-taking.
- Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
- Leading business teams with data driven insights combining market and internal sales trends.
- Define and measure KPIs and recommend improvements to grow the business profitably.
- Research and apply multidisciplinary techniques, findings and approaches to solutions driving the business' understanding of its market, its internal operations, and its opportunities.
- Devise data models to provide predictive and prescriptive insights to the business.
- Exhibit strong understanding of data driven methodologies for bringing efficiency in customer journeys.
- Narrate compelling stories and present the insights / findings.
- Liaise internally within the team to complete analytics, reporting, and implementation of data / analytics-driven changes.
- Drive adoption of analytical tools and a data driven culture within technology business units.
- Apply strong knowledge of business processes to identify business issues and opportunities.
- Possess or demonstrate quick ability to learn knowledge of Lenovo product structure.
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports, utilizing technical resources, and other tools.
- Ideally: Masters degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Location will be in Morrisville, NC. However, the job requirement to work with business teams worldwide and hence flexibility is required to work in different time zones.
