As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing our production processes, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards while maximizing efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and optimize production performance. Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and lead process improvement initiatives. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Design and specify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing processes. Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and work instructions. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Provide training to production staff on new processes and improvements. Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production issues. Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to foster continuous improvement in manufacturing practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or related field work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and principles. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with manufacturing tools and technologies. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
