You'll be part of a passionate group of professionals who are just as excited about trucks as you are.Essential FunctionsResponsible for the design and development of fixtures and tooling related to the enhancement of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for enhancement of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.Develop new and optimized manufacturing processes and product testing methods.Utilize process mapping and value stream analysis tools to plan space requirements, equipment layout, and workflow patterns.Communicate recommendations for changes, prepare cost justifications, and coordinate the design and development of new processes, systems, equipment, or materials.Assist engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing personnel in troubleshooting or problem-solving activities.Conduct and analyze time and motion studies in order to ensure optimal part/ product flow.Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and provide training to others in the organization.Education and ExperienceBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience or 6+ years equivalent experience required.Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology training.Software experience to include 2-D/3-D CAD/CAM software, ERP Software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Pay and BenefitsCompetitive payComprehensive medical, dental, and vision health insuranceA matched 401k savings program to plan and save for your retirementPaid vacation and time off to ensure time with your family and a work/ life balanceEducational assistance to continue in college or pursue other skills and further your careerDiscounts on great RealTruck Products for you and your family.What's next?
