Overview: The Purification Manufacturing Technician I / II will play a crucial role in the start-up of the manufacturing facility and will subsequently focus on hands-on execution of cGMP manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in cell culture activities for the design, build, commissioning, and licensing of the facility
• Design reviews
• Equipment selection and procurement
• Protocol development and execution
• Acceptance testing and debugging
• Technical training
• Execute cGMP manufacturing activities to ensure reliable and compliant production
• Following cGMP procedures and automated recipes
• Performing Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP)
• Buffer preparation and transfers/filtration
• Operating and cleaning chromatography and filtration systems
• Troubleshooting equipment and processes
• Identifying, reporting, and closing deviations
• Developing and optimizing cGMP procedures
