They help us to reach our goals and grow our business and to hire great talent!We offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but not limited to: Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision Care CoverageCompany Paid Life and AD&D InsuranceCompany Paid Short-Term Disability401 (k) Matching Retirement PlanEmployer Funded Health Reimbursement AccountFlexible Spending AccountPaid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time OffDependent Care Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramEducational Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral BonusSafety Shoe AllowancePrescription Safety Glasses ProgramShift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd ShiftsBereavement Leave RequirementsThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes and provides technical support to help achieve the goals of the business.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup informationOptimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setupCollaborate with toolmakers to create custom work holding and cutting tool solutionsCollaborate with Process Engineers on manufacturing methods and in-process requirementsMaintain process documentation to internal and industry standardsAssist Operations team with technical support and troubleshootingPerform machine setups for particularly difficult or unproven processesProvide training and mentorship to CNC operators/Setup Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailTime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent understanding of GD&TStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work with minimal oversightAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Cad/Cam and other software specific to manufacturingProficient with G-Code and CNC machine controlsHigh level of understanding of machining processesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least three years related manufacturing experience required.Mastercam and Solidworks experience preferred We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
