We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician in Winthrop, MaineIn this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by supporting stitchers, ensuring quality control, and preparing finished products for shipment. This position involves physical activity including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent movement on the production floor.Salary: $17- $17.50 per hourSchedule: 5am-1:30pm, Monday through FridayResponsibilities:Assist stitchers by preparing materials and equipment for production.Measure and inspect finished products according to quality standards.Pack and fold finished products based on work orders.Perform final quality assurance and quality control checks.Cross-train in various roles within the production environment.Requirements:Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks involving bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Opportunity for advancement and skill development.Comprehensive training provided.•Benefit offerings include medical, dental , vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
