Job Title : Manufacturing Technician (Non-Exempt) Job Location : Richmond, VA Shift Hours : Tues 9 AM to Sat 5:30 Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This position is non-exempt, and overtime hours (over 40 hours per week) will be compensated at time and a half. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment in compliance with established procedures and safety protocols. Accurately weigh and measure raw materials and active ingredients, ensuring proper blending and preparation for manufacturing. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and the production facility, ensuring all machinery is in good working order. Complete batch record documentation and work orders in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Follow detailed procedures and documentation guidelines with minimal errors or corrections. Complete required training, including cGMP and safety training, within designated timeframes. Work independently or as part of a team, adhering to protocols and procedures at all times. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks with precision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
