We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician with intermediate-level experience to join our client's ESC Build/ROR & Ch. Stacks team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for precision and quality, we want you to join our dynamic teamsalary: $20 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum assemblies and components following work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and written/verbal instructions. Identify and diagnose assembly issues, troubleshoot systems, and implement corrective actions to meet operational specifications. Ensure all components function according to design and performance standards. Continuously monitor assembly and testing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Implement changes to optimize workflow and increase efficiency. Utilize test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test and validate assemblies. Perform detailed inspections of parts to identify defects and ensure product quality. Record progress, work expenses, and labor details in computer systems. Ensure that accurate data is entered to track work completed and materials used Inspect components and assemblies for defects, perform audits to ensure the availability and quality of parts, and maintain strict quality control standards. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work environment. Follow operating instructions and wear appropriate protective equipment when required. Promptly report any accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to the supervisor or Safety Department.
